The studio

Two Crowns Film is a production company founded in 2026 by Kody Trent. We're based in beautiful Lakeland, Florida, perfectly situated for video projects in both Orlando and Tampa, Florida.

Whether you need existing footage weaved together into a final product, or a full video from treatment to delivery, Two Crowns Film is here to make it happen. Our passion lies in the post-production process, where our storytelling techniques shine through through cutting, color grading, and audio mastering.

Our Founder

Kody Trent is an editor and filmmaker based in Lakeland, Florida. After graduating from UCF in Orlando in 2022 with a BFA in Film (Narrative Production) and directing multiple short films, he moved to Tampa to pursue an editing career. For 3 1/2 years, he worked for Farmore, a video production company in Tampa. His role quickly grew into more than editing, doing cinematography and assistant camera work, and learning the entirety of the production process.

Today, his passion lies in documentary and short film work, telling stories that have a meaningful impact on their audiences.
